ok soo , cleaned the carbs again , adjusted the float heights from 17mm to 13mm , changed the jet needles to the n76a on the outside and n52x on the inside , put them back on the bike , checked for air leaks (none luckily ) but i did notice the balance went out of whack for some reason even though i haven't changed it . Dialed that in and she idles very nicely now , stable idle and will idle from cold as well as start easily. Also made some air box gaskets out of o-ring material that i had . Seems it was running good.........:D
Until it started misfiring and died then it wouldn't start again when it warmed up . Pushed it home lucky i was only 3 blocks away . i suspect it's an ignition issue again :(. I did muck around that area while tuning the carbs , i haven't checked the ignition leads but they probably need attention and i think i might be losing power to one coil like before anyway i'll do some diagnosis tomorrow
