Can anyone point me the right direction of the cyclinder head air bleed screw? Or does someone have pic? My workshop manual was scanned wonky and has missed it. Thanks Adam
Adam, are you talking about the bleed screw for the cooling system? If so, its above your stator cover
Hi Kiffsta, the workshop manual refers to one on the cylinder head too. I couldn't find it though. Sent from my HTC Desire 620 using Tapatalk
Looks like everyone has a copy of the same manual! Thanks for looking. Sent from my HTC Desire 620 using Tapatalk
Think I might have found it. Not sure though. There is a bolt on the right hand side of the engine, just above the cam chain tensioner. Doesn't seem to be doing anything else. Can someone confirm this? Sent from my HTC Desire 620 using Tapatalk
Looking at the parts schematics for the A and C model it looks to be a banjo bolt for an oil pump setup in other applications http://www.polarispartshouse.com/oemparts/p/kawasaki/92061-009/fitting-banjo C model A Model
Hmm. Well, back to square one. I wonder if this bleed screw actually exists... Sent from my HTC Desire 620 using Tapatalk
You don't have part number 132A in either diagram above ? Sometime's people snap them off, so it might no be obvious that it's there ?
I've got 132A. It looks like an oil line though. The manual says there is a bleed bolt on the back of the cylinder head. Sent from my HTC Desire 620 using Tapatalk
No sign of anything on the front of the engine. Can't find it anywhere. The manual is for a C7, so maybe it was a late addition. Sent from my HTC Desire 620 using Tapatalk
