This is about all I could find specific to the ZXR ..... but it doesnt have any part numbers mentioned. The seal is probably common to other Kawa machinery but a part number is needed of course. http://www.wemoto.com/bikes/Kawasaki/ZXR_250_R_ZX_250_D1/91/picture/Mechanical_Water_Pump_Seal/

So how did you end up getting the casing out without ruining it? or were you able to find a replacement part.
got the casing out by lifting the edge with a butter knife dont use flathead screwdriver you will damage pumpbody. once the edge is lifted put pumpbody in a vice use two pairs of longnose pliers side byside on the inside shaft see pics and pull and move around shaft and repeat till it releases. you carnt avoid damaging mechanical seal and will have to replace. mechanical seal pn is (49063-1055) $33 oil seal pn is (92049-1336) $9 any kawasaki dealer will be able to get them if you need more part numbers type megazip zxr250 in google and translate to english good luck you might find easyer way.
