have a cement pad outside shed work area that I'm thinking about painting due to heavy mould (fnq) problems and also mango sap (is under a 100yr old mango tree for shade) , any ideas on a good covering that will handle outside weather /bike / car / oil / mango sap /and MOULD that doesn't cost the earth.. measures 7 meters by 4 meters...thanks
I used a two part epoxy that I bought from bunnings. Was easy to apply with a roller and has lasted good so far. Very easy to clean. Was about $60 for a 10lt tin.
thanks murdo , looked at Bunnings but most of what I found said for inside the garage so sounds like might not stand up to weather , the mango sap is fairly harsh to, very easy to get chemical burns from the sap when picking mangos (its actually a alkaline burn rather than a acid one, which surprises most people) the slab you did was it inside or out?
Inside. There was some epoxy there that was for outside, but was a lot dearer. Will have a look next time I go there.
