After finding that the TK MV 34 carbie does not exists anywhere except on a Megelli, it seems that a Yamaha TW200 gasket can be made to fit with a bit of fine cutting off of the spare bits (make sure you do not cut the small nitrite ridge off anywhere as it may leak)

Cost is around $14 from a Yahama dealer Part number 5LB-14384-00

Pics - bottom is the donor Yahama - top is the Megelli TKv34

    After cutting the Yahama gasket

Fuel leaking out of over fill pipe - I spent a lot of time pulling off the carbie to adjust / source why etc only to find it was a perished O ring around the needle seat

If the needle seat comes out easily, its probably perished

Also, to clean the needle seat us some jiffy / creme cleanser from the kitchen on a ear bud (by hand or use a drill) - works wonders getting the crap out

Finally, I'm waiting for my order of a new needle off aliexpress - i'm a bit worried that it says 5.2mm but I measured mine as 5.1mm - may have to sandpaper a bit off the ridges - ps - I''ll have 3 spares so pm me if you want to buy one

Ta - I spent far too much time finding this stuff to let it pass

I'll also scan and upload a Naked 250SR User Manual (hopefully in better quality than the existing one :)) plus a Warranty Manual (not much good now do but hey)

Now to fix the hard to get back in neutral issue

ps - my 2012 bike has "Stoney Creek" plastic covers over the number plate so I guess it came from there and given the speedo says it only has 5000 kms maybe it went back a few times

    regards

2mm (if I remember correctly) O ring cord and a drop of super glue works well. I had to glue it in the bowl every 5-10mm along the groove in the bowl.
