    They do it to everybody...

China does have a reputation of copying heaps of stuff, but not for creating much.

Dan Sherwood, from ozcbr250.com designed a very nice track fairing kit and put on his bike. Now, that scheme is up for sale everywhere on eBay and off eBay, by Chinese and Australian sellers as well.

Un fortunatly there is no law against using other peoples ideas (ie paint schemes-logos etc) un less you put a patant no on it which costs to much and the legal fees associated with copy-write laws.I now it sucks when some one steals your own personel touch.May be you could get in touch with them and bluff them into legal action or take pride that all the world can see your work of art...Ken

    Hey Ken

I would argue the legal side, I am the "artist" and I can assert copyright on these images for a period of 75 years, the international boundary does throw a spanner in the works when trying to enforce it.

I am not worried about the seller using them, to be honest I am flattered, but what cracks me up is that these are genuine Kawasaki panels that were painted by a talented spray painter that this seller is trying to offer up as examples of repo panels. priceless.

Im going to contact the seller and see if I can wrangle a freebie :drinks:
