My new bike. Not a 250, though. 2011 Hyosung GV700C. I do miss my 250 Venox when commuting.

Beware those bikes. My mate had one, awesome bike when it worked - but it always needed something fixed :/

It's pretty fast! More vibration than my Venox 250 but it really moves off once I hit mid-revs. Ground clearance is pretty good but I have scraped either the footboards or the guards (not sure which) a couple times when turning left on an uphill slope at traffic lights. Bought it because the missus likes riding pillion and though the Venox was good, it can't scream past the traffic going up Greenmount Hill. This one does.

The new 650 is LAMS but the 700C isn't. I doubt there's much difference but the 700 requires an open licence.

I have noticed in many forums that there were heaps of problems with Hyos. However, they seemed to decrease markedly after the 2010 model so I'm gambling that they fixed most of them. The motor is a tried and true Suzuki 650 motor but they seemed to have problems with the charging system, brake systems and general standard of finish. Hope I'm right.

All depends on how you look after them.
