    I contacted him and said if he gives to mark to dyno and pumps it out I will hand over the cash then he said it wat po said lol

    The thing is, two dynos will give two different readings.
    And you don't race dynos! LOL

    LOL...That's so true Phil; PO dropped the bike; PO changed this/that; PO said "blah blah blah"...it's all too true. Personally, I think it's a typo...54 is the opposite of 45, so possibly wishful Dyslexia!
