Yeah, that's the one that @kiffsta tagged me in. Still tossing up weather to go for it. Tanks the only part I really need. A spare seat would be good too. A lot is missing to make a complete bike. And not sure if the motor that's in it would turn over......

    I think I will anyway.

One of my pet peeves (and I appreciate I may be in a minority here) is people who won't tell you a damn thing in an advert! I've had arguments with people who insist "But I get more calls that way" but it drives me bananas. Take this FZR ad; it's obvious things have been done, how about just a couple of details? /end rant

That's my toolbox that I want in the back though. In blue though not psychedelic orange.

I totally agree with jazzhunt - my ads are always detailed and informative, people who like this guy just post 3 words are incredibly frustrating.

Oh and that tool box looks like an older design Calibre from Supercheap, damn good tool boxes for the money.
New ones are the same though :(

Nah, pretty sure it is a Kincrome Contour toolbox.

Ahhh, I see the issue in the ad, no description.

As much as it peeves me, I dont care, because, really what is there to know?

Kms? Negligible, clock could be fiddled with.
Dropped? Its 25 years old and a 250, odds are on that it has been. More than once.
Work done to it? People label out work that has been done, as a selling point to bake it sound like a bargain. Plus its a 250. Who does work to a 250?
    Engine work? Errrrrrm, nooooooooooooo.
    Suspension work? Probably not.
Paint and looks? well, you can see that in the pics. And can be confirmed when you inspect.
Gearbox and engine performance? Well, that's what test rides are for.

What else is there on a bike? Interior in good condition? Rust in the quarters? Smashed underside from speed bumps? Hail damage? No all that and more is required for cars.

Bikes are relatively easy to suss out due to the lack of "area" compared to cars.

IMO, if they cant provide a description, or pics, steer clear, onto the next one!
