    I've only had 2 bikes and they've both been black.
    Black goes with everything <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

    I'm on my second AGV lid. My first I got because it was a bargain and fit ('last years' colours at the time, got it at half cost). The second AGV lid I bought was because I was happy with my first. Again it fits well, and I find this one a bit better for noise.

    I am now looking at getting one of the Nolan modular (flip front face) helmets - read some good reviews, tried them on and like them. I want one of these because I am tired of taking my glasses off everytime I want to put on / take off my helmet.

    i was going to get an HJC because it was a good price but i went for the Shoei basically because it was just so comfy... the HJC fit reasonably well but i decided that the foam across the forehead would get a bit annoying after an hour ride...

    i ended up getting the Shoei TZ-1 (tamada replica)... no regrets

    the AGV's and Suomy's and almost anything else hurt my fat asian head in about 5 different places

    as with Tanyathecheeky, I got a KBC because it's a good compromise between price, protection and fit and i liked the colour scheme. It's fibreglass (not plastic like the cheaper HJCs) and fitted my head better than the others. I couldn't see any reason to spend $500+ on a flash Shoei or AGV. I didn't find them any more comfortable than my $350 KBC - maybe they have less wind noise, impossible to tell before buying.

    I used to use a Rossi replica AGV but i now have a Nolan X-Lite Marco Melandri replica which i find to be much more comfortable than the AGV

    just got a new Shark lid on special for $270 down from $399 - seems like a good enough helmet - heaps of padding inside and easy to remove visors. Fits well too. Only problem (which i didn't think of at the time) is the seat-belt type chin fastener - there's no buckle to lock it to your bike lock which is a bit of a bugger...

    hi

    i have the NOLAN full face with the openable face (modular?!?) um it's ok the rubbers round the viser have gone hard (about 2 years old spent a lotta time in the cupboard) and a little wind noisy. otherwise comfy and you don't have to shout to your mates on the bike! and you can go through the drive through easier...

    THanks for that feedback - I have read reviews, tried them on, etc. but haven't heard of actual rider feedback. I am pretty sure now that this will be my next helmet...

    I have an Arai.. was the most best fitted one for my head.

    Are the nolan helmets the only one that have the moveable piece so it can be opened? Reason being.. I so wanna smoke and ride... but hard to do with a full face helmet...

    Unless...

    I drill a hole ?? <!-- s:alcoholic: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_all_coholic.gif" alt=":alcoholic:" title="Alcoholic" /><!-- s:alcoholic: -->

    AXO helmet, bought it off my flatmate who hadn't used it much for $200 - normally about $700 apparently. it's pretty good, i've also got an AGV and an FM helmet, the AXO is the lightest and best fitting.
