I'm about to change the fork seal in one of my forks on my 2KR, and not to mechanically minded. I just need to know step by step how to do it, if it's not to much trouble could anyone do that? Also what size fork seals to fzr250's take? One more thing, I will probably need to get the front wheel up to remove the wheel, any advice?

Your best off getting your hands on the PDF's of the 2KR manuals floating around. That will go into detail on exactly how to do it.

I'll second that! If you need someone who's in the know with refurbishing forks give TBone a PM... he just did TimBus's forks last weekend and from what i hear it's a dramatic improvement.
