Hi all I just wanted to find out for sure about choosing the rite type of helmet dat is comfortable yet safe. When u put on your helmet should there be space inside?? Or should it be close fitting an fit snug so it doesn't have space to move about?? Tell me what u guys think please off your own experience.

It should hug your face so that you cant chew gum, and its hard to get you fingers inside the helmet so you cant pick your nose.

Also - it should not be able to roll off your head. Put it on, strap it up, and have a friend lift from the back of the helmet and try to roll it off. While one helmet may work on my head, it may not work someone elses - so make sure you try this.

And while the helmet should be very snug (as said above), it also needs to be comfortable! Wear it around the shop for 15+ minutes. If it becomes uncomfortable in that time try a different brand. For me personally - arai helmets fit poorly. AGV and Nolans fit well. Some Shoei's fit well, others don't. See what works for you though!
