Stolen Blue FZR250RR -> Reward

    Great condition paint.
    Newcastle, Industrial drive actually, is where it was taken from.
    Blue.
    UTL-15
    Magnum Exhaust

    Stolen tonight between 1800hrs and 2200hrs. Most likely knew the bike was there and to watch when we were out and the people down stairs were out also.

    It would have gone to chop shop for sure.

    i am real paranoid about someone nicking my bike, everytime i open the garage, my eyes go straight to the bike to make sure shes sitting where she should be.. have had things stolen out of my car b4 just to exagerate my paranoia.....anyway...

    Cheers man. Probably won't hear about it. Heard about another one stolen the other week, so maybe more inquiries in that area might find something.

    Chain your bikes guys. Big chains. Hide them too.

    sorry to hear the bad news.

    got pulled over by the cops the other night for a randon licence check and was told they do these all the time now as a large number of bikes r being stolen here in Perth.

    his words "make sure its chained up pretty good"

    just down the road. went and grabbed it just then. minimal damage, just the ignition barrel. so i'm gonna fix that and sell it, as they'll just steal it again, i have no where to lock it in.

    anyone want it? cheap. how good is it that it was found tho. so so lucky

    Atleast tell me the person who stole it is getting reamed with a pineapple? Theives deserve the worst. They have no sense of respect or self worth... who else would steal something like someone else's car or bike!? Especially an older bike, far more likely to have more sentimental value than $$$.

    so they just left it down the road or ??


    friend of mine had his cbr stolen. bike was found a few weeks later. the guy riding it went too fast into a corner and over the foothpath. he was in coma for a few weeks. obviously bike was smashed as.

    does the FZR have a steering lock? My one has a steering lock, so if your gonna take of with my bike, you can only take it a few meters, and your back in the same spot.

    Steering lock doesn't do much.
    If you re-read VI Technologies posts you'll find that they did the old 'screwdriver to break the lock' trick.
