running rich by the sounds of it. Although I would be checking the air filter first - it may be heavily clogged (whcih means lack of air, whcih means fuel isn't burning, thus fouled plugs, etc.)

Running very rich, and not being ridden hard enough.
2 strokes - regardless of their size, like being ridden enthusiastically. If you don't then it'll only clog up the engine.

last night while trying to start the bike i took out the spark plug to check if it was wet when i checked i was clazed with more oil than fuel . maybe it running rich with oil.

After through gas in the cumbustion chamber it finally started alot of smoke and after a while the same thing happen scurbbed it off with a wire brush and it started again but only for a few seconds.

Does the oil glaze the electrode and cause it not to work?

what i paln to do is scarp the auto oil pump and mix my gas clear up the air filter and i'll tell you guys what happens.

    thanks

Are you running the correct 2 stroke oil ??
are you running the correct mix of fuel/oil - some of the better quality synthetic 2stroke oils can be run at a weaker mix ( say 40:1 rather than 25:1 for ordinary 2 stroke oil)

Is the plug the one specified in the manual - if so it may pay to go up to a hotter plug to burn the oil off

Check air filter as mentioned previously

I am using an outboard motor 2 stroke oil.

yesterday i used starigh gas just to try and help clean out the cumbustion camber let it run at idle until all the heave smoke cleared out and the bike run fin. when i mixed the gas with the oil the think started and the stop > So i gonna empty the carb and the gas tank and make the mixture thinner, buy a new plug and try again.

2 strokes are smokey by nature. Particularly the older kinds where you have to premix the fuel and oil. The newer ones have remote engine-oil reservoirs and have an oil-pump that automatically mizes the oil for you - these tend to be the less smokey variety, as it can get an almost optimal amount of oil.

It sounds like you've got the auto-lube variety, which leads me to believe (as Dave suggested) that you're either using the wrong oil or the wrong spark plug.

Don't use outboard motor oil. The engines are made for different uses and have different tollerances. Buy propper 2 stroke motorcycle engine oil and see if that makes a difference.

Check your manual and put in the correct sparkplug. If you're still having trouble take it to a mechanic and get them to look at it.

Just a question or 2 here - Does the oil and petrol go into separate tanks or do you have to mix the two together (premix) and then pour into the petrol tank??

What is the recommended mixing ratio if premix ?

The bike has it own seperate tak for oil but like i said it seems like the oil pump is trhoughing too much oil and causeing all these problems so i mixewd it my self to see if the problems would cease.

I dont know if the oil i am using to to heavy or what. its for outboard motor engine.

According to your info, as long as that is not the transmission oil, you should be able to buy a top quality synthetic 2 stroke oil from a motorcycle shop. It will have mixing ratios on the container. Some go as high as 60:1, the higher the better. Premix using that ratio specified on the container and use only that mix of fuel and empty/disable the auto oilfeeder.

the bad thing is down here on my little island we dont have a bike shop

so its like you take what you can get

but right now the bike is running, with smoke though but i will mis it at a higher ratio like you said.

thanks for the input they have been really helpful
