Hi all, I have a FZR250 2KR air filter for sale. It's a genuine yamaha air filter from Japan. I was able to get my hands on 2 of them. I am now selling 1 of them as one will last me for 2 years, and I am not sure I'll keep the bike for that long. I got it for 60$ CAD, and I'll see it for 50$ CAD + shipping. Bobbi12 if you are reading, the importer also has some throttle and clutch cables so if you need one. Let me know and I'll fine out how much it cost.
Sorry, made a mistake when reading my invoice. It was actually 50$ CAD my cost. So I'll let it go for 40$ CAD + shipping.
Hell yea i would sure like that air filter, and besides from the throttle cable what other parts does he have.
bobbi12, Look for me on MSN. I won't be able to go to the shop again until the week of may 8th, but I can email them to see what else they have and the pricing. If you have anything specific, I can check with them too. I got a valve cover gasket from them as well, but that's special order I placed a month ago. So I'm not sure if I place an order now, when it will arrive. (it depends on when their next shippment of bikes is). Also, the shipping for the air filter to trinidad is 15$ (under 500g). with the cable, it can be more. xmtviewer, the part number for the 2KR is 1HX-14451-00
Thanks. I also need the part no. of the throttle cable. I'm planning to buy a set. Also I suspect I've got a busted starter relay. Could you obtain that for me? I mean only the part numbers.
I won't have the part numbers unless I actually buy the thing and take it home. I tell them what I need, they find it and sell it to me, then I see the parts number printed on the box. I doubt they have a parts number book, as they would have to stock a lot of books considering the number of models they import (but all are 15 years or older bikes, due to stupid Canadian import rules). They have contact in Japan, they tell them what they need, the guys in Japan gets it and ship it over. But if I get my hands on a throttle cable, I'll let you know.
Yea bombermanx whenever u get the throttle cable, we will organise to have it shipped across to me, along with the air filter, I dont really need any more parts as such(not for the moment that is). Although i long for one of those original fzr stock exhaust.
