well, whilst putting the battery back in, i had the neg on and accidentaly let one of the positive cables that go to the battery touch the frame, i heard a big electrical sparking sound, and now the bike won't give any electricals. which fuse did i just blow, and where can i find it on the bike?
i dont know what modelk you have but if you have tyhe 250r3ln1 the fuse should be to the back of the battery holder. if its the 2kr i dont know
Mine has dont he exact same thing just now. Ive removed the seat and battery, battery is good. Must be a fuse. I cant find them. Ive looked in the 400 manual they say they are under the seat. all i can see is a tube fuse, and thats fine. more investigation is needed. Can someone help, ASAP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!
as far as i know these bikes only have one fuse. try disconnecting the cdi box and some othe plug in stuff and recconnect the also change the fuse or even bridge it with a wire.
Ther are 2 that I now off the main fuse and then ther is one on my 3ln1 on thr right side of the sub frame under the seat on a yellow wire
it was my battery. the charger showed full charge, but only cause it was dead. replaced it $50, good as new. Bright lights too!!
