me and a mate were talkin about it, he did a bit of reserch on the (net) and aparently everything lines up exept for the front engine mounts but im not to sure how reliable the information is. It would be pretty cool though!
I See. can you tell me if the fzr400 valve cover can work on the 250 i know it sounds stupid but mines is totalled and have little option.
not to sure ive seen a few pics and they look similar on the outside but the only way to see is try it i suppose!

Simple... if you buy it and it doesnt fit, slap in into a go kart and have one of the coolest track go-kart's around! Not quite as much go as a Gixxer-kart but still alot of fun im sure!
