    Sold the fizz a few months ago to fund an overseas trip and have finally managed to save up the credit card limit (!) for this:

    its a YZF600R, nice condition, lowish k's and sounds sweet with the yoshi can. Its the ducks guts. <!-- s:lol: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt=":lol:" title="Laughing" /><!-- s:lol: -->
    I looked at everything from big twins (trx850s and suzuki TL1000s) to the full YZF range but in the end this was too good a deal (at $5000) to walk away from! Cheaper than most CBR250rrrrr's!!
    See y'all out there!

    Hey looks real nice man, what year is it?

    Im keen as to hear how the bike handles, I'm thinking of upgrading to a bike similar one day.

    If I may, were you considering R6's at all?

    not at all, actually. not that there's anything wrong with an r6, i'm just reasonably tall (6'0"), reasonably broke, and in my late 20's so the lure of having the latest and greatest isn't as strong. This bike is a nice compromise - without being a slouch either!
    its a '97 model - they handle very nicely - much more stable than the fzr although still with very light steering compared to the other "bigger" bikes I've tried (eg. zxr7r, tl1000 etc.) Recommended.
