    Nice bike, hope it sells. I love the red bull colours. i did think how ever that the 3LN3 went back to 40 HP from the 3LN1 at 45 hp? correct me of im wrong , i read it awhile back.

    Um, I think they produced the 45hps model until 1993 (3LN-5) came out, the 3LN-5 is 40hps. But my one still the last 45hps model. cheers

    Yeah, I was looking into this before, and the documentation is pretty unclear if the change occured in the 3ln-3 model, or the latter 3ln-5.

    It does look like it was the 3ln-5 though

    You may have already found this site, but it seems to shed some light on the 3LN-3/3LN-5 matter, if only a little... <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.my-x15.net/FZR_INFO.html">http://www.my-x15.net/FZR_INFO.html</a><!-- m -->

    Appears to say the 3LN-5 (40hps) sale time begins May 1991, while the 3LN-3 sale time begins Feb 1990. If there was no overlap with models and release dates then that sorta answers the question. haha, sort of.

    pfft. if any fzr250 is in original condition and putting out more than 30 bhp ill be having a giraffe.
