mirrors

hey just wanna get some mirrors in black plastic mine are painted black and it scratching off doesnt look good

 

I work in morisset and there is a bike shop here and i got a price off them for mirror's and they said i can have them for 35 each.

 

black plastic?

 

they said that they where black.

 

35 each is a good price, I saw some awhile ago on ebay second hand and they were asking that price

 

Thats whot i thought when he told me.

 

I got a mirror for my 2KR from the yamaha dealer for around that price (can't remember exactly) but they were the TZR (released in australia) mirrors which were identical and the FZR was based on that model.

 

Whats the legality of removing the left mirror from your bike?

Would you get pinned for it?

 

Most likely I'd assume.

I don't think the bike would pass RWC if it was missing a mirror.

 

Why would you want to, anyway?

I hate riding a bike that's missing a mirror - always feel like I'm riding blind. Especially when changing lanes ><

 

I always hit the bastards while pushing it through my front door.
