Hey madmick82 u still hav available the rotors?, Im after both the front n rear disc, also if you hav the rev counter & rectifier left?...
rectifier/regulator is located right side of frame behind the relays, p/n 47X-A1 SH569-12 (recharges battery from coil), thou i havn't had a look for one here cause theres no wreakers in palmy. May not need the rev counter if the fault is the rectifier i hope, currently the rev counter dances all over the place, bounces wif the turn singnal n **** and if current draws r faulty it may well do this, checked dry joints all ok...let me know if you still got it n how much to post to palmy nth?
Ok. the steering head bearing races are what case the bearings for the steering head. refer to page 7-41 of the FZR 400 manuel. Here's the link. http://www.fzr250.com/attachments/fzr400/05_FZR400_Service_Manual_Ch567.pd I'll take the top bearing races and all bearing also. I only want them if they're not damaged. My bottom one that sits in the frame is cracked. give me a price and how to pay and we'll go from there. Cheers
Parts I just became the proud new owner of a 1990 FZR 250 and in order to get it on the road, i need a rear tail light cover, the right hand thumb switch for the headlights and the visor if they are available...
hey liamoylan congrats on getting and fzr, sweet bike when they work Unfortianatly those parts are long gone, there's not to much left of the poor old bike
Tail light cheers mate... here's hoping i've got a good one. *touch wood* do you know of anywhere i can get aftermarket parts? (mainly the tail light as i just found out that the headlight switch was removed as part of compliancing, and visors are readily available for about $115, custom made.)
