hey mate , yeah i did that and the air filter loks clean i even blew it out with a compressor ,what else do think it might be
Remove the carbs and make sure all the carb float fuel valves are working properly and hold the correct level. If they don't shut off tight, the carbs will overfill at idle and cause problems such as you describe. As I have mentioned in posts in the past, the pointy end of the float needle valves can be sometimes cleaned up by putting needles in an electric drill and using a very fine file and fine abrasive paper to get the point back to a nice clean taper. Do with caution!
