Gorgeous paint job. Is that cold air duct at the tank real or just for pretty?

Nice paint job. The ducts provide cool air to the area under the tank where the air filter/intake for the engine is. 3LN models have a different looking, but similar functioning setup.

thanks dave, it also has some of the quirks i,ve heard about on here, noisy gearbox, temp gauge rises with lights on! oil light sometimes comes on when riding a bit hard, although i,ve put new oil and filter in, so i know the level is right, but is great in the higher rev range, but a little lively on the front end.. <!-- s:biker4: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/th_Biker_4.gif" alt=":biker4:" title="Biker 4" /><!-- s:biker4: -->
