this is my third bike but doing it properly this time with my licece. Havent had this problem before. I was riding at about 110km and al of a sudden the bike started decreasing in speed not allowing any throttle to increase the revs, or speed. when i pulled over (stopped) the revs dropped completely and tured the bike off. it started again after a while, it was turning over but not idleing. It hapened 1km further down the road and then started again,i switched the arrow around to reserve tank and did not have any more problems yet (fingers crossed). I was wondering if it would be a blockage in the fuel tank, hence no revs, or acceleration????

Not uncommon to see fuel blockages do that type of thing.. also check your fuel level, you may have run low in the tank. If that is not the problem, pull the tap block out of the tank and check it out for partial blockages..

suggest you check fuel level in tank, it sounds as though you were running out!!

You may have a fouled main fuel port - basically, 'Reserve' takes over a lot sooner than expected!

well mine did exactly that when my main fuel line was a bit messy.
you tried changing to the reserve line?

apparently when the bikes get re-painted it can block some filters or other parts like tha, it was causing the bike to perform like rubbish. it goes hard and drives well now though, just needed a clean out. Nice and easy!
