Chain and Sprockets

    Hey guys

    Proplem i got a chain and sprocket off a friend that had a chain and sprocket second hand on his bike and i thought it would do for the time been and i have come to the conclusion that it is like 15 teeth more then the one i have on my bike... the chain is different aswell the rollers are thicker.... what is the correct length chain and the amount of links and the number of teeth on the front and back sprocket????

    if ya have a look at the website and see if the chains on it is suitable for the bike??

    cant get my head round der been a 56 teeth sprocket on the bak when the standard one is 38 teeth??

    did the dick before me have the wrong sprocket on?

    I have heard of some instances of 520 chain conversion on these bikes, which gives fewer teeth on the sprockets

    17 and 56 is standard for the 3ln with 428 chain (1/2 inch pitch)
    If it had a 520 chain (5/8 inch pitch) and would have approx a 14 and 45 combination

    thrust company is the usa will custom make any front/ rear sprocket and chain to suit. i got it done and shipped to my door for $200

    Wemoto it is.

    I've been trying to get the front one through Motovan (who is distr. for JT in Canada) and they proved to be useless so far as most of the time. I really dislike Motovan or Parts Canada.
