    Has anyone ever tried or heard of puting stunt/moto bars such as pro tapers on an FZR250.
    I have seen these mods on an FZ6R and others and apparently its more comfy.

    Any idea if this is even possible? or worth it
    ..and obviously id have to get a custom bracket made up.

    Any opinions, all opinions are welcome <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

    Cheers, Kristo <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

    Hi mate,

    I've been thinking the same thing, but I'm not sure how a bracket would be made?

    It's a brilliant idea, beta cause as you said, it's more comfortable if the bars are straighter and higher, not to mention easier to control the bike.

    I'd love to know if there are any brackets around!

    You mean like this? These are for sale if you're interested. They're safe lol, trust me. The bolts are going through structurally sound part of the triple clamp. I only took them off coz the project went in a different direction, but i ran these bars for well over a year on the bike and they were MINT.

    This is the bike if you're interested in checking it out.

    lol hey dontz, yea haha. Lets just say ive been pre-occupied for the last 2 years and ive bin struggling to find time to do anything other than work or go to the gym or sleep hahaha.

    I do need to update the project thread. Bikes come along way since then. Well... its got a tail and its bin running at least lol. Ill get pics and update the post as soon as i can get the bike up to my place. Currently its residing in Wellington which is about 9 or 10 hours away from where i live >.< I havent even seen it in at least 12 months.

    Hey do you know if Romantix is still floating around the forum?
