    Hi guys,

I've just purchased my FZR250 non-exup, and am wondering if i can get a bit more volume and power out of the pipe by drilling a few holes around the exit pipe on the can?

It's a shame these things don't accommodate slip ons all to well.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Cheers!

Dont do that. If i understand what you mean correctly, all you're gonna do is make your bike sound horrible and possibly fail a road fitness test. If you're after power gains your non-exup exhaust is probably not the best place to start. Exhaust systems, especially on small 4cyl like the fzr are quite precisely tuned. Id recommend you fit a high flow air-filter into your factory airbox, then fit a straight through style muffler to the end of your exhaust followed by a spin on a dyno or some tuning by someone who knows what theyre doing. Or if you just want to sound like you're going faster then get an engineering shop to weld a small size muffler on your pipe for you and you'll be away. Cheers.
