Well the black fits in with the black on the cowlings but the gold lettering does not....:D

2700 to 4000 if mechanically good. 900 is too low..

Selling the the Fizzer ? .............. :commando: :help:

    :lolsign:

It would have to be pristine to get $4ooo .....in fact a 3LN7 for that price would want to be good.

    $1500 -$2000 is a bit more realistic

A bike is only worth what someone will pay, if its registered and sold with a RWC, then its heaps more valuable that one not on the road. My take on them are if they present well and run well, then somewhere between $1700 - $2500, if its original paint and is in pristine condition then you can ask up to $4000 , but thats the high end of the market. The issue we face is that new bikes are sooo much cheaper now, you can buy a new Ninja 300 for $6000k ride away at the moment, so asking $4000 for a 2nd hand Fizzer is ambitious at best., The big benefit of the ZXR250, FZR250, GSXR250 and CBR250 is that they are in-line 4's pumping out 45 horses, manufacturers will never build them again , I think thats why I like them so much... they represent a time in Motorcycle history that will never be repeated due to envionmental regulations and cost to manufacture ..... much like the high performance 2 strokes of the same period.

Riding a well sorted in-line 4 will is so much more exhilerating to ride than the new singles and twins on offer today ... that my 2c

Kiffsta is on the money there ..... even though alot are probably ridden just as a LAMs bike without the appreciation of their "historical" significance.
Even being a grey import there is plenty of FZR250s about for sale ..... not exactly a rarity.
