    Glad to hear you are on the mend mate, cancer is ****, my misses had breast cancer and it's taken her years to get back To 100%

    Everything still okay for any little linkins in the future ?

    Good to see you back on deck , I often join on rides that raises money/ awerness for charitys that deal with cancer and mental health because ive had friends in your situation and my-self had a blocked femeral artery in my right leg resulting in urgent surgery so that I wouldn't have a stroke. Its all scarry stuff . Maybe we could raise money for a or couple of nominated re-search institutions.I do the local Black Dog run every year... just a thought...ken
