You don't need OEM o-rings. You can take the old ones and bring them to a supplier. Just make sure you tell them the material needs to be gas/oil...
What you are talking about is the crankcase tolerance marking ... it's not a an engine serial number. At least on mine 3LN.
FZR's are known to be pretty rough, not the smoothest bunch for sure. FZR250 and FZR400s as well.
