Fork oil capacity, height from top of forks?

Hi and thanks for this very informative site. I am the latter end of building an FZR250 (my Phazer can wait). I have searched everywhere to find the correct oil capacity for the 2KR 35mm forks. If someone could even give me a baseline what capacity or level from top of forks they use would be helpful. I appreciate that the 3LN has the capacity, height from top of forks etc on here but these are larger both externally and internally. I did read somewhere (memory fades) that the 2KR only takes 275ml whereas the 3LN takes 390ml, this appears to be a large discrepancy for a small fork size increase. Front forks are being rechromed at the moment so they will be a dry refill.
Just to say the bike is a 1HX, it was covered in green algae and an arachnophobics worst nightmare, but on the + side it has been in this country for over a decade, unregistered and with 6.5k on the clock, stripping it has been a dream (apart from siezed calipers) all bolts, nuts etc releasing with no effort and no damage to any part of the bike. Another 3 or 4 weeks and should be on the road <!-- s --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s --> . Thankyou in advance for any input.
