What's next Grey ?????
Pull the forks and swingarm also..... then alot of cleaning and a bit of paint here and there ..... then put the puzzle back together with a few new bits and a little bling
Cant get the friggin swingarm bolt out
Heat job. Small propane bottle with torch attachment. A heat gun might work too.
I'll be very interested to see the inners when you eventually get that bolt out, come on Grey, we have faith...you can do it!!!!
It turns and its maybe 2mm out and Ive belted it with a mallet .... but thats it, no go
Mr Green ... I do need one of those anyway.
Put the nut back on it to protect the threads and give it a whack with a rubber mallet, soak it in wd40
If all else fails it will have to be pressed out, obviously with appropriate support underneath so as not to damage the frame. I suggest calling the esteemed Dr Murdo.
I'm not sure soaking will get so far down the shaft. I'd agree with Maelstrom and get a torch on it.
Good luck with that one !
It's probably too late but I thought I'd mention that I've had much better results with Break Away than I ever did with WD40.
Remember anti seize when it goes back in
Weapons of mass destruction to the rescue
So when does this event happen.....that bolt has to go.
Might have to torch a few dead Fizzers along the way first to get to my work space.
Of course you will video this event for all to see.................
Hate to see grown men cry.
A little more carby work
Oooh nice Mr Grey. I immediately stole it.
Hey Mr Grey @GreyImport did you get your coolant fitting? I sent you 630 messages in the conversation but didn't hear back.
