Now you know why we all turn into home mechanics :)

But hopefully the bike is A1 now and all u need to do is have the basic tools at home to do your own ongoing regular maintenance stuff with the help of your online pitcrew here

And I agree .... once u are up and away riding you will forget the $$$

If a bike is running / setup correctly then it should start with the choke on when cold and no choke when warm/hot and no throttle at any time during the process

And also from memory if its a C model the fuel tap should be on prime , which lets fuel flow freely for startup then turned to on for running, which is then controlled by the vacuum system.

Always have the fuel tap off when not riding.

Yeah no mine isn't like that :( takes like a minute or 2 to get it started and the choke seems very iffy :/
May just need a tighten ?
What could other issues for this be ?

I tend to agree with the guys...sounds like your mechanic is the only one smiling about this situation. He must have started the bike and if what you're experiencing is what he got, then I'd be taking it straight back.

Tested it today went perfectly fine !
Tried it with the prime way and it started first go no issues and sounded great and idled perfect! :)
No issues with Choke either !
I'd say I was just doing it wrong as I was trying to start it with fuel tap set to on and like you said that's vacuum so yeah haha!
Will keep an eye on it though

Let it run for a bit and turned it off and tested it and it started straight up again no issues !:)
