Finally finished sealing my fuel tank with one of those kits. Just need to play the waiting game for it to cure.

Pro-tip - don't brush any on the fuel filler locking cap:headbang:

Struck up the TIG and welded a cracked side case and an old broken brake lever.

    Hey Jim
As difficult as it may seem, please play the waiting game and take notice of the drying period as these product need time to cure, I know cause I've done one myself. I even left one extra day just to make certain, it will be worth it.

Will do. I'm in no rush to get the Kwaka back online. I have a Hornet 600 to keep my riding itches at bay.

Noah, I used a KBS kit. POR15 is an equivalent. From the reviews I've read online, stay away from 'Tank Kreem' as it doesn't last.

Went out to fill the tank and went for a back road blat ..... I havnt done any adjustments so hitting the low gears / low revs was the usual stall /hard to start again crap.
It restarts every time using the willfzr2503ln method ! .... hold on the starter till it revs up.

Topping up a vehicles tank for 15 bucks is certainly more enjoyable than 80+

Dropped in at the Murdo Mansion but I think he heard me coming and locked the gate and hid under the bench in the shed.

Spent yesterday changing engines in my Honda SL125's. Now have the 'good' engine in my little roadie 'cafe' bike and took it for an early morning spin around town before it got too hot to be outside.
The 'not so good' engine I put into an old frame to make a dirt bike so my grandsons can learn to ride on it.

    Darren, Ouch!

Risky, the spring has sprung and I really feel like an old boiler in this hot weather.
