That's heaps cool, there's just something about the oldschool that makes motogp of today seem so damn lame...

Why do people always say stuff like this? Buy a bike and play how you like IMO

Because what usually happens is the bike is butchered, ridden a few times at a track day, left in a corner as an old age home for spiders for a few years and finally broken up and sold off as spares. Who cares when it is just any old pile of garbage? No one. An RVF400 is hardly any old pile of garbage, so sentimental old farts like me think it is sad when this happens to classic bikes. I have no objection when people like G-Force are actually doing it for real and adding to the parts pool through their own research and development which ultimately keeps these bikes on the road.
    cheers

@Spotthedogg I dunno, It goes both ways I guess. As much as you can make whatever bike choices you want - others are also entitled to whatever opinion they want about your choices. It only becomes a problem if it's forced one way or the other. Otherwise each to their own IMO.

I agree bikes that don't get used is a sad sitch, I also feel the purest use of a sport bike is on a track and it saddens me that more people don't play with their bikes in the best environment for enjoying them. Why? Because they don't want people to think they're slow? Because they might drop it? I'd hate to see some sweet RVF sitting around in either form

On that Spot we agree totally. I just hate seeing them butchered. I used to take my road bikes onto the track too, but I could ride them home.
