    Managed to find someone to make a CNC version of my rear caliper bracket for a good price. Will send it off to be anodized now.

    This odd looking piece of plastic is a jig to fabricate the RH footpeg bracket. The piece attached is from an MC19.

    Very nice... did you draw it up and create the STL file? If you did.. mind sharing which CAD program you used :)
    I have a buddy with 2 3D printers (filament and resin??) but he only uses files he gets from thingiverse which is very limited.

    The plastic jig was not such a good idea, so I made one in steel. Went to do the first weld and fizzle - the smell of burnt circuit board. Great, there goes the cheap arse Chinese Tig. Maybe I will get lucky and the board can be replaced with a better quality one.
