You can kick up a fuss. They rely on people not doing that hence hoping they can get away with it.

So we reckon my idle issue is related to me not having any O ring air box seals !
Ordered some from Blair last week and they will be here on Monday
After this if it still idles high after everything is put back together
I honestly don't know what the issue is...
    Any ideas ?:)

But will post another update after I put the seals in !:)

Put the seals in and then post results.

Helped it but still idle sticks once it's warmed up to riding temp :/
    Also it's dropping a cylinder
One of the members on here is helping me out for the past week with it
He's gunna check the plug and leads to see why it's dropping
I'm gunna give it to him for the week and he's gunna test his boots and carbs also and see if that's what the issue is with the vacuum leak

Also have read could be a crack in the head once it's warm it's opening the crack more but hopefully not and I doubt it

Here's how it sounds when the cylinders dropping

When setting the idle knob , blip the throttle and let it return on its own

Bikes can start , run and rev freely while sitting on the stand ... the true test is under load out riding

replace all the vacuum lines and turn the idle screws to 2.5 turns out, you may need to muck around with them abit but it will fix the idle issue.

When your carbs are out of balance they will sometimes take time to return to idle (hang). When you're balancing them the idle will fluctuate and you'll need to reset it until the carbs are balanced and the idle is in the correct range. Setting your air/fuel mixture is important too as this determines what the engine does from idle to 4-5,000rpm. Make sure balancing your carbs is the last thing you do, not the first. The carb seals on the airbox may have some affect on your revs as they are at the bottom of the velocity stack and might change the velocity of the air entering the combustion chamber. If you've changed these with what Blair supplies, then you can discount this as your problem.

Turns out to be a coil pack and the fact my air filter was dry as A bone and need ed to be oiled a bit it's running great now
Gunna get new leads tommorow to put into it and also have 2 coil packs out the back on my spares bike , hopefully one of them is good to use !
It's running well on the video he went for a couple kms on it and said it's fine :)

So bike has been going great lately!
    Only 3 real issues

Carbs we need to take them apart and thoroughly clean them and make the best set out of the 2 as this bike is REALLY chugging the fuel would say I would get maybe 150 for a full tank MAYBE

And also it won't idle under 1and a half
Most of the time it idles 2 to 2 and and a half so still have to fix that but me and @Jackkent are hoping and thinking it's carbie or boot related

Now last night was was a bit strange till we narrowed it down
Was riding on our way to work and bike was running beautifully , no issues , rode through the centre of town was riding for a good 5 mins plus at this point then I went over a bump and the rpm needle was sitting about 6 to8 k dropped immediately to 0 wouldn't accelerate it was as if I hit the kill switch in the middle of the the road :/
But we have narrowed it down to either my kill switch block or more likely my ignition barell as its rooted , we were able to take the key out of the barrel while the bike was running and it kept running :/not good so I will need to switch that over in the next few days
So we think as I have heaps of keys on my bike key that when I hit the bump it may have slightly pulled the key out of place or something

Anyway that's all of it so far !:)
Loving this bike so much !
