    Update for yall!
Changed ignition barrel fine , used E torx!
Did my first ever trip this Sunday just gone, rode up to Melbourne and met some guys and gals , went from a great ride to yea , then back to bendigo !
My bike has never performed better in its life ! I'm guessing it just needed a good hard long run to clear everything up!
It's also spitting no carbon out the exhaust on startup!
    Amazing really! On another note

Tried searching already but struggling to find em:/
Can someone link me a pair of tyres for about 400 to 450
    Front 110/70/17
    Rear 140/60/18 I am currently running a 150/60/18 so that's also fine !:)

looks like when Dunlop swapped from the GPR200 to the GPR300, they dropped the 18"

try and call your local bike shop and see what they can source

Motorcycle tyre warehouse have 18# rears listed gpr300 150/60R18 $219 whether in stock or not?. Or the newer Dunlop gpr13 alphas 150/60R18 $245-front 110/70/17 $180. Your local guy that deals with dunlop should sort you out

New needles? Like float needles and seats? Or the diaphragm needle and tube? We know the 3LN FZR needle and tube are prone to wear out, but I've never heard of a ZXR doing it. They (should) have a plastic retainer on the diaphragm spring to keep the needle in the correct spot.

If you mean float needles then yeah the tips can go hard or get worn from abrasive crap, the seats have o-rings that @maelstrom supplies in the viton kits

What brand chain are you using, and are you oiling it regularly ?
    I usually lube mine every 500 to 750 km's

Reuse the filter bulb, they just unclip off the seat
don't ruin your new needle's in old seat's
