ok ,heres 1 to get a few knickers in a twist going to put my ducati 250 collection up for sale ,to many projects .1 complete bike (needs restoring) and enough parts to go a long way to building at least 1 more going on 2 more with a lot of parts left over, pick up only though I will help to get to cairns with the new owner. buyer will have to turn up in person both to moce collection and also see it so theres no misunderstandings ,approx 2 ute loads (hence the pick up) now the hard part I'm on the Atherton tablelands west of cairns..wanting $8000 FIRM .soory but file was to large so a photo of bike is in the garage section

Ow, ow. Twisting my knickers now.
Would be very interested if they are still available after March next year. Haven't been to Cairns since 1977, about time I went again.

well I'm not in a big rush as its not a money thing just a realiseation to many projects and due to gypie legs not the best bike for me to ride as need a wider seat and tank (have xs650 and 1 + 2 projects xs650s) to grip ,by the way will supply bed and tucker for couple of days to buyer to help cut down costs and ute for transport down to cairns, rest of transport up to buyer .as a dedicated 250 forum (you have good taste in bikes) will put first option here then in about a month will put on local bike restorers forums..may take a on road 250 as part payment

Good luck to you if you can make a sale. I wont have any spare cash until next March, so if you still have them then we can talk.
    (Un-twisting knickers now)

just to let everyone know was sold to a member of the cairns restoration club and the bloke is doing a to hell with the exspense restoration .had 2 cairns members fighting over it,the loser was a cairns bike musem in cairns ,damm maybe should have put a bigger price on it BUT main thing is the collection went to a good home ...will try and get a photo of it when eventually finished and post it up here
