I recently got a 2001 f4i with 80,000km on the clock and because I’m new to the bike I can’t tell if the noises I’m hearing are normal or signs of trouble especially given the bikes age and mileage. The CCT has been replaced once already so I’m not sure if it’s that but I have a video with the sound audible when I start revving (from 2:11 onwards here

    ).

When I’m actually riding I can hear the noise mostly in low gears up to 5-6k rpm but it’s not as apparent if I use higher gears when going slowly (70km/h and under)

Thanks Guys, im desperate to go out and ride so looking forward to finding out what the issue is so I can ride confidently.
