Anyone in Sydney want a cheap commuter or trail hack? Going cheap - $2500 or best offer as I no longer need it and the rego is going to waste 2010 Kawasaki Versys 650 ABS Non-LAMS, full power version 35,000KM Minor service done at the beginning of the year (oil, filter, brake fluid, chain service, clean and grease cables/pivot points etc) It's got new Michelin Road 6's in the standard sizes (120/70/17 and 160/60/17) New Goldfren S3 pads front and rear Overhauled front forks with new oil and seals, I added 10ml extra fluid in the compression leg for slightly stiffer compression damping Done about 4,000KM on it just commuting this year It's all standard and unmolested but it does need a few things: Headlight unit mounts and front guard are busted from a minor rear-ending incident and need replacing I can assist with buying new parts at my cost price (a little cheaper than retail) Front subframe is a little twisted from said incident Rear master cylinder needs an overhaul or replacement as it leaks internally It's an ex loan bike from my employer that I bought and it lived outside most of the time, so it's a little rusty. For some reason the rear ABS does not work, but the front ABS definitely does. No ABS faults in in the computer. May be related to the master cylinder but haven't checked.
