I got my RTA letter and they said I will be losing car and bike licence till May 2005. !!! WTF????!!! I have to ring RTA tommorrow and yell the **** out of them... i crash and i dont recall how.. they say i blacked out and have medical condition and is medically unfit to drive a vechile at all.. i have no such history and i have been driving for 5 years without an accident!. **** so bullshit.. so pissed..

I never expected that one to happen! I agree with flightcrank - do something because their basis is very flimsy. There are those 'legal expert firms' that are around now usually manned by ex-police. You should contact them to see what they say. Or contact someone. There are also a few lawyers who advertise in the aus. motorcycle news who may be able to assist! I would also suggest that you contact the motorcycle council of NSW. They should have a web-page and they may be able to assist you with all this too!
As something a little easier - sign up for netrider and post the facts there. There are a lot of people there with a lot of experience and they may be able to assist in some way as well.
