Just cleaned the carbs on a bike that has been sitting for 9 years- fired up first kick-
But I can't get the boots to the airfilter box to fit without excessive force - any Clues?

Warm them up in boiling water to soften them and fit while still warm.

There just doesn't seem to be enough room there given that there are gear clamps on the boots
I will give that a try try that today
