    Any one know what the problem is?

    Symptoms...Bike revs fine when Staying still but once i take off it did not rev above 3 to 4 K

    1937 Royal Enfield 250, CF Moto 250 V5, Honda's XL250, CBR250, FT500 plus a few others.
    Sounds like the engine cannot breath.
    How is the air filter? Is it clean/new. What happens if you try to rev it with the filter removed?
    Is the exhaust clear? What happens if you take the muffler off, will it rev then?
    Did this problem come on slowly or suddenly?

    OMFG..... no 3 and No4 spark plug lead were in the wrong holes...:headbang::lolsign:

    have not tested it...will post if fixes the problem

    ok all good the bike works now... just me being inept at changing spark plugs.
