advertising law's

hi ya ppl i'm trying to find info on advertising law's cause i want to put a marlboro decal kit on my fizzer and my mate said to look into the laws in case they infringe on a advertising or smoking law so any help would be great

 

This is an interesting one and to be honest i'm unsure exactly how your going to get in any trouble for doing it. Places that repair, repaint and sell 250's have been doing this for years and i've never once heard of anyone even being slapped on the wrist for it.

Im pretty certain that the laws are in relation to PAID advertisments or promotions in relation to Tobacco products excluding rolling papers.

 

i surely can post pic's in due time i was just wondering due to new anti smoking law's and so on what affect might happen so i am going to do it see what happen's thanks for the in put

 

i believe this only appllies if its professional racing otherwise is all good

 

and thats still only within australia.



marlboro patches everywhere, and they dont have to take them off when they come to australia, they're on the car too, i just couldnt find good examples.
