    Hi Guys and Gals,

Offloaded the Prado, and grabbed a vx calais. Great car, but the stereo doesn't work. He gave me a second head unit, but I have no real idea on how to install it.

Beers on offer, if you can lend a hand.

    Cheers

Done quite a few actually myself, but never in a Holden :). The big question straight up is, do you have the anti-theft code so the HU will work after its plugged in. Or is it an after market HU?

I can help, Im in Ipswich. However, I dont do things half-arsed. I dont cut looms for the HU to fit, I use an adapter, for which you will need the brand of HU, and costs around, $20 from Repco/Supercheap/Northfield etc. It will connect straight from your under dash loom to your new HU.

I actually went to post this yesterday but the site went down. That was weird :(

In that case, I may need to take a look at it personally. We can take this to PM if you like.
