Fanastic Definates Chris Slender Phil Mark \ Alison Ken Frank H Maybes Yong Anyone coming for a ride ?
I have had a few personal messages with people concerned about attending the ride as they feel they might hold us up, I want to clarify that a ride out is a group of like minded enthusiasts getting together, we are not racing and everyone is to ride at their own pace. As a group, if we are separated, then we will pull over on the same road and wait for people to catch up before continuing on. In my opinion, a good ride is one we all get home from in once piece and with all my points on our licenses, if you want to race, then please don't attend, there are track days at various tracks around Brisbane that can feed your need for speed  Hope this clarifies things and if anyone was sitting on the fence thinking of not attending due to pace then please reconsidor. Thanks Chris
Gonna have to bail guys :'(. I have to go to my nephews Bday party! My sister only just reminded me :BangHead:. I'll Definately be there next time, and i hope you all enjoy the ride.
:'( Loosing the fight with the cold/flu. Will have to take a rain check for tomorrow I am afraid. Hope everyone has a great ride, and for those who have some reservations I would just like to echo Chris' comment. This group is a buzz to ride with, no stress or pressure to keep up and plenty of opportunity to sit back and enjoy the ride. have fun, catch you all next time. Mark
NO worries Mark, hope your feelng better soon, will try and tee up a ride at the end of June and head down to the border Cheers Chris
it was a great run, we had 4 riders being Phil, Ken, Frank and myself, we travelled just over 200kms and had a blast with no accidents or speeding tickets, hopefully we can get a few more to the next one we are planning in late July. Cheers Chris
THE MT. MEE RUN Sunday 26th June 2011 Had a great day out, enjoyed the ride and met some new people, what more could I ask for. Lets not forget the eye candy in the form every bike available on the market today. We descended in to dayboro to the bakery for a fine Aussie luxury, the pie and coffee at the Dayboro bakery, not to be missed. Hope that we can arrange another ride soon so I can catch up with some riders who couldn't make this one, we'll keep you posted on a date. Hey Mark, hope you get better soon and Slender, can't wait to see your machine. My thanks to Chris, Frank and Ken for a most enjoyable day. Bikes RULE. Phil
