Discussion Carb replacement - FZR250

    Ok, so I think we can all agree that the stock carbs are...... a little problematic at times
    Has anyone actually thought about alternative setups that might work (obviously a efi setup would be mint but finding stock items to piece together are a little hard to come by)

    The solution exists, its 4x Keihin FCR, but it isn't cheap.

    I also read on this forum somewhere that CBR250RR and ZXR250 carbs could be re-spaced and have throttle cam modified to fit FZR250 carb spacing

    I wouldn't piece together an EFI system, I would transplant the entire loom, ECM/ECU etc and then get a pair of twin throttle bodies - some good candidates out there

    Then modify the fueling and ignition maps
