CBR250 MC17 MC19 air filter

    Has anyone ever changed the small square airfilter? labelled here as "8"

    I opened this section of my airfilter up and what I assume was foam just kind of blew away as dust.
    Do you think I cn just cut a piece of foam out from a generic filter and stick it in there, it is a pretty thin piece, thinner than the generic foam I have.

    I had an old uni-filter i cut to suit..

    1937 Royal Enfield 250, CF Moto 250 V5, Honda's XL250, CBR250, FT500 plus a few others.
    It looks like a breather from the engine. Use a piece of air filter foam, or even a green scotch bright pad.
