I think all the projects I start writing up here go no further - if you're interested in buying a CBR 400, watch this space....

So, I finally got a 400cc 4-cyl Sports bike (would have preferred a green bike, but ZXR 400 are even rarer here). The guy I bought it off said he got it to run. Seems to be complete, maybe missing the ignition lock. Hope the tyres are ok, don't want to buy those. But I've just wheeled it into the shed and I have no start date for any work. Especially given the mosquitoes at nighttime!

So. I have cleaned the carbies, finally. It'll only be a matter of weeks and I'll have them installed and try connecting a battery to see if it will start... This is progressing slowly. Sigh.
